Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if reported within 24 hours after delivery, with proof of purchase and photos sent via WhatsApp.
Customers must ship the item back using a courier we recommend; international customers are responsible for customs, duties, and shipping.
If your return is approved, we may offer an exchange (only for the item cost, not shipping). Exchanges follow once we receive and inspect the item.
exchange won’t be accepted if: reported after 24 hours, item isn’t returned properly, item is damaged by improper care, or if there’s no proof submitted.
