Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
If your item is defective during quality control, your order will be canceled, and you will be notified.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for wrong sizes ordered.
While we aim for the best color match to the pictures, colors may slightly vary due to lighting and fabric dye.
Zarias reserves the right to cancel your order if the item is out of stock or does not pass quality control.
Once your order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
